Hotel Golden - Shkoder

The hotel had a helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to give advice on local places to visit. The private parking was a great bonus for those traveling by car. The rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable.

Although the hotel was in a good location, it could be a bit further from the city center than some may prefer. The noise from local dogs barking was an issue, but not the hotel's fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, modern, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. The hotel had great security parking with plenty of space for our car. It was also conveniently located, with the city center only a 5-minute drive away. The hotel had a nice rear garden where we could enjoy our pizza, and in the evening, the front of the building was beautifully lit-up by Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we faced some complications with our travel plans. They really went out of their way to assist us, despite the slight language barrier.

I honestly can't think of any negatives about this place. We would recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
